FAQ

As of January 2024 our pricing is $175/hour with a 3 hour minimum.  We recommend 4 hours for most parties due to setup and breakdown.  Saturday and Sunday events can be booked at 1pm and after. 

Our “cafe layout” seats 30 people comfortably with room for gifts, drinks, and a place for folding buffet tables (which we can provide at no cost).  We have a second seating layout we call “dinner party layout” which seats 26 people with room for gifts, drinks, and food, however there is a $100 fee to set up the room in this style. 

Tablecloths can be provided for the food tables with a $20 laundering fee. We do not provide disposable plates or cups, however you may add on a vintage plate, glassware and flatware rental for $175.

You may bring beer, wine, cider, or champagne.  Due to the laws in NJ, liquor is not permitted.  We do ask that you take any recycling or excess waste with you.

No, unfortunately our building does not allow for excessive waste. We kindly ask that any trash or recycling is removed by the end of the rental time.

To reserve the date, if it's available, the deposit is $200.  The balance is due the day of your event.  Your deposit can transfer to a different date if for some reason you have to cancel with more than 7 days notice.  Cancellations within 7 days forfeit their entitlement to transfer and lose the deposit.

If you'll be bringing in food yourself, that’s totally fine!  We’ve had guests do family potlucks.

Our preferred vendor is Lovin' Oven.  Please reach out to them directly about your inquiry.  We have a simple catering menu if you're looking for something produced in-house. 

We have gallon jugs of coffee, lemonade, iced tea or other batch brews for $25/gallon.  This includes all milks and cups needed.  You may also allow your guests to order from our coffee bar through the ordering window and we can create an open bar which can go on your final invoice.
